OUR SERVICES
Essential Air Conditioning Pty Ltd carries out planned maintenance/ service works to the Domestic, Commercial and Industrial sectors, on all types and brands of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) plant and equipment.
We currently maintain HVAC plant and equipment assets for Real Estate Agencies, Clubs, Hospitals, Government Facilities, Facility Management Companies and Local Businesses with high recommendations.
It is the responsibility of tenants, home and building owners to ensure HVAC Preventative Maintenance is carried out in compliance with Australian Standards. Routine maintenance visits not only prevent breakdowns from occurring and cost reduction, it also ensures a safe and comfortable working environment within a building or structure.
Essential Air Conditioning would be glad to provide at no cost to you, an obligation free Preventative Maintenance agreement. The agreement will be formulated at a reduced Contract Client price, based on a selected frequency of Service visits and the agreed price will remain firm for at least 1 year.
As a contract client, you will experience reduced prices, dedicated customer service and technical teams on hand, along with optimal performing equipment.
Preventative Maintenance visits include:
- Management and record maintenance of all plant and equipment on site
- Optimisation of plant and equipment, increasing asset life by proper upkeep, ensuring warranties are valid
- Achieving cost reductions on an ongoing basis through effective preventative management
- Maximising performance capabilities of systems for increased reliability
- Ensuring that all applicable HVAC health, safety and environmental requirements are met as per appropriate Australian Standards
- Recording of faults to appropriate personnel, following with corrective actions such as making safe and creating quotations for consideration.
- Recommendations to maintain high level of performance as per Australian Standards
- Undertaking visual inspections, testing, adjustments as necessary
- Carrying out works as per equipment schedules (list available upon request)
Essential Air Conditioning Pty Ltd, along with Australian Standards suggests routine preventative maintenance to be carried out on all Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) plant and equipment. (Refer to Preventative/ Planned Maintenance or Service works)
Whilst all efforts are made to minimise breakdowns, some instances cannot be predicted or prevented.
In the event of a breakdown Essential Air have a fleet of service vehicles and technicians available on the road Monday- Friday 7.30am -4.00pm and on call 24/7 for contract clients.
With fully qualified Air Conditioning technicians, and the ability to fault find on all brands and types of HVAC plant and equipment, our technicians can report on repairs required and repair on site if parts are available and approval from client is gained.
In the scenario where a quotation is warranted, Essential Air’s Service Manager will liaise with the attending Air Conditioning technician and all repair options will be investigated, a cost effective quotation will then be provided.
Once the quotation is approved and purchase order obtained, the parts and technicians will be organised promptly and works carried out in accordance.
Essential Air Conditioning have the qualifications and licences to recommend and install any brand and type of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) plant and equipment, including Split, High Wall, Ducted, In-ceiling units, with other options available on request.
By utilising Essential Air Conditioning, who hold current Refrigerant Handling, Department of Fair Trading Licences, with adequate Workers Compensation and Public Liability insurances, you are ensuring high quality workmanship and optimum operation of your new Air Conditioning unit.
Using unqualified and unlicensed suppliers will void any warranty the manufacturer has set on the Air Conditioning equipment.
Upon request, Essential Air will be happy to provide an obligation free, at no cost to you, highly competitive quotation for installation of HVAC plant and equipment.
